Welcome to Ichiban Japanese Steakhouse, Liverpool's premier Japanese restaurant. Stop on in for your choice of sushi, hibachi, teriyaki, tempura, and much more!
Our experienced hibachi chefs will entertain and delight you with their masterful cooking at your table. Or enjoy creations by our talented sushi chefs including your favorites like the maguro or California roll, or more unusual temptations such as our crystal bubble. Wow! What a great time! Our chef had a great sense of humor and excellent tallent! This was my first time and I LOVED it! Everyone there was friendly, the food was absolutely delicious! If you leave, hungry, that's on you! Our plates were overflowing!

Took mom here for her Birthday, was just wonderful experience, our cook and waitress were wonderful. Ambiance was superb. Food was outstanding, I had the dragon roll and the sirloin and scallops, what a flavor blast. Mom had the teriyaki chicken and was super happy. The house soup was hearty and very very good. 10/10 from me, mom says 10/10 also. Perfect meal.

The food is always amazing. Much better than the Hibichi places in the Utica/Rome area. The food was cooked and flavored perfectly, not bathed in oils or heavy sauces. We also had the Yoshi Roll, which was honestly the best sushi roll I've ever had. It made for a lovely birthday dinner, with enough leftovers for 3 meals!
